The fully stocked kitchen has brand new quartz stone countertops and features white appliances and plenty of counter space. A unique feature to this condo is the washer and dryer unit for our guests. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator and freezer, stove top with an oven as well as cooking and eating utensils to cook up some delicious meals during your stay. The breakfast bar offers seating for four with an additional dining area with a dining room table and seating for four. After dinner, take a step out on the balcony and enjoy the peaceful sounds and the beautiful sunset over the Gulf of Mexico.

 

Summit 312 offers an incredible private balcony with two chaise lounge chairs as well as a couple chairs. Enjoy your morning coffee out here or dive into a good book as you relax in private. This property also offers a unique bunk bed alcove built into the wall in the hallway! It is the perfect location for the kids to call home during their stay. There is also a queen sofa sleeper located in the main living area to accommodate additional guests. Bed linens and towels are provided for all guests to use during your stay.
